"These rocks give you such a great healthy look. You can actually decide if you dip your brush in the darker ones or in the lighter ones and create your personal shade. I love the light pink ones for the glow and use them on my eyes too. As for the more intense ones, I use them on my cheeks and lips. There is no end to what you can do with those rocks. They ROCK!!!"

Pros: soft colour, cool-looking packaging idea
Cons: loose stones get lost, colour can be too soft
"The fact that this product is made to look like coloured multi-dimentional stones, we already know, is a gimmick. Although it does help in limiting the quaintly of product that ends up on your brush so that your blush application is even and natural looking. It's suggested it can be used for things other then blush but I'm not sure how you'd do that, since you really need to apply pressure to "scoop" up some color with the brush. Most notably, every time I open the container or try to use the product, the little stones go everywhere! I must have lost half the box in the few months I've had it. All in all, it's an interesting idea, it has some small advantages, but I am going for the regular type of blush next time, hands down."

Pros: portable
"I love this product. I bring it with me when I travel and use it as blush, eye shadow and lipstick. The pieces are not easy to pick up, so I just use brushes. The colours are lovely. I always get told I'm glowing when I wear it."

"This product is NOT what is shown. I'm totally disappointed. The rocks are not "garnet & rose zircon"...they are all a dirty brown color that gives no color when applied...only a bit of "pearl". I ordered this product to use as blush, since I thought it would give a soft pink color...I'm soooo disappointed. The "rosy glow" is nonexistent. The picture and description is not even close to the actual product. I love Pur Minerals...but not this product."

"This is a berry pink blush on my medium skin and it is beautiful. To get the most pigment I apply it with my fingers instead of a blush brush. I just take my ring finger and swipe it over the rocks and dab each cheek then blend it out. Not shimmery just gives you a dewy glow."

"This product just arrived as part of a kit. I was afraid this would be too pink and too shiny but once I tried it I was sold! The color is actually pretty neutral (not too pink or peachy) and is a little "glowy" but not shiny. Also a little goes a long way and it has not budged all day! Yet another new favorite!!! My only complaint is that they're touted as something you can pick up and draw with but the rocks are too small and messy to use that way, especially if you have any nails at all."

"If your more into the simple makeup trend like me, these rocks arent the best. though its a great idea to have one thing be great for lips, lids, and cheeks; i think the design of these rocks are a bit to complicated for me.
First, their smaller then I thought they where going to be, about the size of the tip of your pinky. Which, for me anyway, made using them a bit messy and hard. Perhaps if they where a bit bigger they would be much easier to use."

Pros: amazing hydrating color

Pros: color stays true no change.
Cons: rocks leap out of box if not careful.
"I was skeptical - never thought I could wear these with my fair skin. Wrong! The rocks add a sheer, rosy glow (not peachy) to my skin & eyes. A wash of pink like a soft blush. And the color doesn't change as I wear it. Stays just as you see it in the box."

"This is my first review and I do use almost every Pur product and love them. This blush blew me away....love the glow!!! I also use the rocks on my lids, lips(in the center to make them appear larger) and as a highlighter. PLEASE make a bronzer using the rocks."

"This is by far one of my favorite product pur minerals makes. Everything I use from skin care to makeup is entirely from pur minerals. Pur Rocks is a very versitle product and it helps to make a cohesive look. You can use them on your cheek, hold them in your fingers and use the different colored rocks as eye shadow and then for your lips, you can put the color on your lips and put pur balm (or a clear gloss) over the top and your look is complete!!! I can't live without it!!!!!"

Needs New Packaging

"First I must say that I love the product. The pur rocks was a great idea and I will continue to use it. However, I would like to see them change the packaging. The little cardboard box that the rocks come in is not deep enough. Everyday I have one or two rocks fly/pop out of the box because it is not very deep. One wrong movement and all rocks would be on the floor. II would like to see them make the packaging in a deeper container maybe stronger plastic container and then they could just sell refill packs for the rocks. Still love it and love the color"
