Great base for eyeshadows

"What this does is make the mineral eye shadows glide on smoothly and stay on longer. I am hooked on this product after years of tring out others. At 62 I still have a bit of an oily skin and it works great for me."

"I love this eye primer! It evens out the darkness in my eyes and on my eyelids, and it hold my eyeshadow really well. I mean, REALLY REALLY well! Before I used this my eyeshadow gathered up into my crease and never stayed in place. With this it stays put for my whole day, plus some. I love it!"

Best eye prep

Pros: keeps eye shadows on all day, nourishing for eyelid skin
"I have tried many different eye preps, and found that Pur Minerals Mineral Eye Prep was best for allowing eye shadows to last all day. Facial moisturizers are too heavy to use on the eyelids, but I have found that Mineral Eye Prep is ideal for hydrating this delicate skin area. I love this product so much that I have 3 bottles on the go at any given time: one in my bathroom, one in my makeup pouch, and one at my parents' house for when I visit. Can't live without it!"

Cons: doesn't fight creasing, odd smell
"i rated this product as fair because i don't quite know if this improves my skin tone/ texture or not. it does not fight creasing. i would say this product is not necessary to have. it has an odd smell"

"I work long hours and usually by half way through my work day my eye makeup is gone. This product not only brings out the pigment of the eye color but it also makes it long lasting. I am so pleased with this product and will never go without an eye primer again!"

Pros: really works!
Cons: difficult to get all of the product
"I love this product - it really helps my eyeshadow last longer and stay put with no creasing. BUT... it's difficult to get all the product out as the applicator is small and there's little "wiggle room" to get to the sides of the container. If this could be fixed I'd definitely give it 5 stars!"

Keep eyeshadow put

"I had never used a product like this before but thought I would try since I have trouble with eyeshadow creeping into my crease and I have "tea stained" eyelids from years of cheap eyeshadow use. This product makes my eyes a nice neutral color before applying shadow colors which is awesome because now I can wear colors I never could before. It also keeps my shadow on all day and does not creep. I love this because I can now work all day and go straight to dance class without touching up my eyes."
