"I love this serum. I didn't realize how dehydrated and thin the skin around my eyes was until I found this miracle in a bottle! "This is one of my favourtie products! Every morning I reach for my Re-vital Eyes....The cooling gel soothes my still tired, puffy eyes. It helps reduce those awful bags & puffy lids that we all look at every morning & just feels sooo good. My bags are reduced, if I have been crying the gel gently soothes those tender puffy eyes.
