"i am allergic to almost all pink eyeshadow products but the pur minerals "hello bright eyes" is one of only 3 exceptions! the pencil is handy and easy to use. and it does what it claims to do. i have repurchased this many times. one flaw is that the pencil has occassionally broken down, so there can be product waste, which is upsetting. i have returned and exchanged a few (with receipt, to the store where i purchased them when i am fortunate that it happens to still be within the guidelines of store return policies). but despite that, overall i love this product."

Pros: perfect color
"I'm still in the "getting to know this product" phase and how to use it correctly, but I have noticed that it does make me look less tired and much more awake. It's going to take some time to get used to how to use it, so if you're having that problem - don't give up! I also like the fact I can use this on my water line and its not irritating or obvious. LOVE PUR MINERALS!"

Pros: smooth soft and brightening
"I just got this today and I do believe it will become part of my daily routine! I used it along the inner third of my upper eyelid and on the browbones and my eyes looked lifted and opened up. I don't agree with others that the line is harsh and hard to smooth, I found it very soft and blendable with the attached smudger. Just a matter of opinion, I guess.
I think if it were just slighty less pink and a little pearlier it would be PERFECT, but as it is it is nice."

"I love what the color can do for my eyes, but I have to work to hard to smooth/smudge the harsh line. For that reason, I tend to use one of my powders instead."

Pros: beautiful color, goes on smoothly, lasts all day!
Cons: smashing the eyeliner with the smudge brush cap
"I don't write reviews for products very often, but I had to for this! I'm very pale and I have dark brown hair, so I don't like to wear dark eyeliners because they make me look even more pale. I LOVE Hello Bright Eyes! It is the perfect color, the most ahmazing pink, and it makes my eyes look wonderful! This and a little clear mascara and I'm ready to go :)"

"I had no idea how much this product would improve brightness around my eyes. I had a demo done yesterday and was able to compare with vs. without...it really was like night and day. The best part is that I was able to duplicate the same look on my own. Now that I have it, I'll never be without."

Pros: it actually works!, seriously!
"This eye pencil is nothing short of awesome! I have dark under eye circles and am always on the hunt for a miracle product to open up this troubled area. I used Hello Bright Eyes on the inner corner of my eyes and under my brow and wow, I looked so rested. It opens and brightens my eyes. I actually look like I get 8 hours of sleep! You must try it too!!

Pros: very easy to use
"I have NEVER been able to put eye liner on my upper eye lid without looking like I let a 3 yr put it on. Now I have been able to with this and it looks great! This liner is amazing upper lid stays on all day, lower lid says on longer then I any I have used."

"Bought this on a whim, so glad I did! Totally lives up to it's name "Hello Bright Eyes", by brightening up my eye area like no other product I've tried has. The results are subtle, I doubt anyone would be able to figure out what I've done, yet somehow fabulous, making a huge difference in how refreshed my eyes look. Will totally use this every day!"

"This product gives your eyes an added brightness that people notice. I apply it to the inside corners of my eyes, and the contrast it creates is subtle, yet makes a huge difference. I then use the spunge side to smudge it into the eyeliner color of my choice, and the results are natural and fabulous! I wish I found this sooner!"

"This is the perfect pencil to waken me up. I really look refreshed when I wear this, even on days where I stay up all night studying. Not a problem! I wear it on the inner corner of my eye, the lower lash waterline, and as a brow highlight sometimes. Other pencils I've found look too fake, don't blend right, or many of them do not stick to my waterline. This is a keeper though! I also love that it has a smudging sponge on the other end."

"When I went to Iran for a visit, we always sleep late 3 or 4 am. This is one product that make my eyes looks like I have an 8 hour sleep. Couldn't live without this now. I make sure I apply first thing in the morning."

"This definitely brightens up the eye area. The only negative is that it doesn't blend very easily, so you have to be sure to get it right when you first apply it, or be prepared to add a bit of eyeshadow or liner to help un-define the line. If it blended better, I'd use it a lot more."
